The Full Story
About
Having walked with patients over many years during the most stressful times in their lives, I have observed patterns of thinking and behaviour that are holding people back and causing suffering.
I have worked in many team settings and have experienced the great satisfaction as well as the challenges of working in a stressful, time pressured environment.

My aim through my counselling and workshops is to share with women ways to live a values guided and fulfilling life by shifting unhelpful patterns.

I want to educate women about the way our mind affects our physiology and our bodies to help them understand and be responsive rather than reactive.
I am also aware of the increasing incidence of burnout and will address ways to manage and prevent this .

I incorporate techniques and strategies for women overwhelmed by uncomfortable thoughts and feelings and will help you to develop skills to accommodate and grow from these.
